Electronic commerce focuses on technologies such as mobile business, electronic fund transfer, supply chain management, internet marketing, online transaction processing, electronic information exchange (EDI), inventory management systems, and automated data collection systems.

Modern e-commerce typically uses the World Wide Web for at least part of the transaction lifecycle, and that is B2B (Business-to-business).

Have a first-hand contact with a wholesale supplier: Take a list of the wholesale distributors you received from the manufacturer and start communicating with everyone. What you are looking for are the minimum order requirements and their wholesale unit prices. To get the best response, be honest about what you’re looking for (don’t try the word “bigger than you”), keep your email short and to the point, and be friendly.

You may want to consider making early phone calls or following up with people who have sent you contact emails.

Understand the distribution channels of your industry: Each product industry has its unique distribution channel. Some retailers will rotate enough to bypass workers, or maybe in a small enterprise, importers sell directly to retailers.

When you first start, you will buy from smaller wholesalers at a higher price. As your volume increases, you will be able to get better rates and climb the supply ladder from a more giant wholesaler.

Try the manufacturer first: You can start from the formula. If you are selling branded items, go directly to the manufacturer of the product. They can be sold depending on their minimum order requirements

If you are too small for them or they only sell through established distribution channels, ask for a list of distributors you can contact. From the source (manufacturers), you can get the lowest price or get a list of the most reputable distributors to stop your search.

Try wholesaler search on Google: You can start your initial research with some basic Google search terms. As you get deeper into your research, you will probably get more specific about the product you are looking for

Conduct Google searches for the words “wholesale” or “distributor”, try some keywords from your products or cool product name, model number and brand name Go through each result and search for “wholesale account” link or an email address or phone number Where you can get more information. In rare cases that information is not secure or readily available, you can search WHOIS to find contact information on the website.

The fewer people you have to go through, the lower your costs will be, the more competitive you will be in the market.

Start building relationships with art interiors, and eventually, you need to be one of those insights. Participate in online forums, create your LinkedIn profile, and start building connections, subscribe to industry newsletters, and generally make your professional network.
